Young Yogis – Spring Session

Come play yoga! Learn to move like a wild animal and sit still like a rock! Be strong and be bendy, too! Yoga is good at any age and a popular way to introduce children to healthy movement, balance, breathing and mindfulness. This class is ideal for children, aged 7 to 11. No previous yoga experience necessary. Get introduced at a young age to a great activity.
